As the Practice Transformation Coordinator at the Washington Association for Community Health, I strive to support FQHC staff as they deliver quality care for all.

At the Association, I coordinate in-person and webinar training events, distribute tools and resources, facilitate peer learning, and use my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert training to assist health center staff.
