Overview of LabCorp data tools available. Learn about these two web-based data tools designed for FQHC’s that are no charge to clients and are often helpful in both the clinical and administrative setting. Hear from actual health center users.
Diagnostic Assistant – This tool allows providers and staff to see - in the patient chart view in your EMR - all of a patient’s lab results history for every lab test performed at LabCorp for the last 13 years. This provides a more complete lab history and saves the hassle of tracking down history.
Insight Analytics – This population health tool that aids FQHC’s by providing information on a range of high-risk health conditions such as diabetes and chronic kidney disease. The reports combine national laboratory test values with patient demographics to help identify high-risk patients, close care gaps, and support the implementation of more effective treatment practices.
